Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from Henge Docks for any reason, you have 20 days from the day the item was shipped to request a refund. Henge Docks is only responsible for returning products purchased directly through Henge Docks LLC. Products purchased through any third party may not be returned to Henge Docks for any reason.

Qualifications for refund:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our Customer Support within 20 days from when your item was shipped. To request an RMA please contact our Customer Support by submitting your request here.
  • Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and must be returned in their original packaging.
  • All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • The RMA must be included along with your returned product. Without the RMA, Henge docks will be unable to process your return therefore delaying the refund process. Returns sent without a completed RMA will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Terms and conditions:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Henge Docks.
  • Returns that do not meet the specific conditions stated above are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from the purchase amount at the time the refund is issued. Charging a restocking fee is at the sole discretion of Henge Docks and the fee is non-negotiable.
  • Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of receipt of product. Please note that this time may vary and is dependent on the shipping method used to return the product(s).

Warranty

Henge Docks products are warranted for one year from receipt of purchase. An original sales receipt is required for warranty service. Defective products will either be repaired or replaced, or a full refund will be issued, at Henge Docks discretion. Contact our Customer Advocate Team for more information.
